Crumble feta cheese and on top of the salad drizzle.

Cut the mint leaves into pieces add arugula spinach and blueberries and toss salad ingredients in the bowl. Toss the salad so that everything is well coated in the dressing. A watermelon about 1 5kg peeled deseeded and cut into chunks.

Cut feta in cubes too or add crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle all into a large bowl. Use a melon baller to cut the watermelon to give this salad a more unique look. Drizzle over a little oil and season with black pepper.
